I down load all songs for a show and save to files on my iPhone. I go to PartPerfect and hit import learning tracts with several songs. It cleared the files from the list but does not add them to the library. Is there a preferred way to download songs to the library?
Hi Jass, sorry the songs are not importing for you. To be honest it sounds like you are doing everything correctly. Maybe try one song at a time at first and see if that imports. Let me know if there are any errors or other messages displayed.
why doesn’t the app play? I down loaded the songs to the app and now I can press on the play button and it just sits there with no indication other than the arrow blinks

-- Can you tell me which version of iPhone you have?
-- Do you have any external devices attached to the phone when you are trying to play?
-- Do other apps play sound without any problems?
Can you please try rebooting your iPhone and see if that remedies the problem.
