Greetings Singers -
PartPerfect for Music Leaders
I get quite a bit of feedback on how PartPerfect is being used by singing groups around the world. I love that it's getting baked into assessment and learning workflows. It's really satisfying to see it helping people learn their parts in lots of different ways. Today I've created a new Music Leaders page on the website that gives information on how MDs, section leaders and others in your group can use PartPerfect for assessing members' singing–and also how it can be used to distribute learning tracks and sheet music to members.

New Features!
As usual there's a slew of new features this month for iOS and Android users - let's go through the list, shall we?
- CarPlay Integration for iOS - it's been a bit of an approval slog with Apple but I've finally managed to get CarPlay approved for PartPerfect. If you're like me, the car is one of your main practice areas. With CarPlay – iPhone users can change the balance and playback speed right through your car's screen. I'm working on getting an Android Auto version out as well, but have been stuck in the approval process with Google for a while.
- Mic Boost for Android - not to leave our Android friends out of the new feature reveals – I've gotten feedback that some Android phones have a quiet record level that is a bit low for day-to-day use. For Android, we've added a Microphone Boost slider in the settings. It should automatically kick in for those of you with quiet mics, but you can also boost manually right in the settings.
- Export Bundled folders - this one is for the music leaders, librarians and whoever else manages your music. Now, right from PartPerfect, you can bundle up folders full of learning tracks and sheet music for sharing with your group. The files go into a special zip-like format that can be uploaded to cloud sharing services– and when opened with PartPerfect, magically extract back into folders, ready for use. Also great for sharing between iOS and Android phones. More information on this feature is on the Music Leaders page.
We've done a lot of other bug fixes and minor tweaks, so make sure you're on the latest version – get the free update on the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
That's all for this time – I'd love to hear your feedback and any feature requests you have. Drop in on the forum and I promise I'll respond. ;-)
Just Keep Singing

Thanks Brian! Love this app! You’ll likely see a lot of downloads from the WI, USA area. It was just introduced to the Greendale Chapter.
